Accessing Dropbox with its Core API

Hi, I need to upload and download files from my Dropbox account via programming. I am not allowed to install the Dropbox client on the computer. I have read that there are API's for other programming languages (Python, Java, ...) but the only way to do this with Matlab seems to be its Core API with https protocol. Did someone face this already? Is it possible to share your findings? All the best, Fernando
