how to devide data into 3 catagaries

hi...i want to devide the rainfall data into 3 catagaries, the first one is <70 and the second one is 70 to 120 and 3 rd one is >=120

idx = YourData < 70;
lowrain = YourData(idx);
idx = 70 <= YourData & YourData < 120;
midrain = YourData(idx);
idx = 120 <= YourData;
highrain = YourData(idx);
