Unfortunately MATLAB 2015 has removed the analogwrite function which now does not allow me to creat my own PWM signal and send to arduino pin. Anyone has experience this please help me out.

Have you tried the writePWMVoltage and writePWMDutyCycle functions

Im trying to customize two PWM with different phase. So I'm generating my own customized PWM signal. however It cant be done using these two existing functions.
