How to download files from internet?

Hi everyone I would like to know is someone know how to download a file from internet using Matlab.i.e: I need to make a code that automatically enter a website every 15 minutes and downloads a file and store it in a specific folder to analize it later.

doc urlread % to get html code
doc urlwrite % to get a file and save it to your hardrive
