Hi.

  • "300 MB" &nbsp That size shouldn't be a problem. How much free memory do you have? On Windows check with the Task Manager
  • "csvread (...)" doesn't take "string and numeric values"
  • did you try importdata?
  • textscan would likely read your file
  • upload a few rows of your csv-file
