Why does the support service request doesn't work?

Am I the only one experiencing this? when I submit a new ticket and go back to the list of open tickets the list is empty. How can I submit an issue???

You can submit a new ticket by going to the following URL: Create Technical Support Request
If this does not work, you can also call the MathWorks Technical Support:
