(-0.0706 S + 0.673)α + (0.07769 S^2 +0.1613 S) θ = -0.923∂e..........2
solving the above two equations gives:
θ(S)/δe =-11.8(S+1.97)/S(S^2+5S+12.96)

The solution you give for the two equations is incorrect unless you are using some meaning of the symbols that is not obvious. The solution is necessarily going to involve α but your solution has no α
