the error is
svmtrain.c
svmtrain.c(5) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: '../svm.h': No such file or directory

Why are you installing your own SVM for R2013a? R2013a has SVM in the Statistics Toolbox; see http://www.mathworks.com/help/stats/svmclassify.html

as said to use mex svmtrain.c i got error svmtrain.c svmtrain.c(5) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: '../svm.h': No such file or directory
