Nonlinear regression initial parameter estimates

Dear all,
Attached is my data for nonlinear regression. I need help to get the initial parameter estimates. The model is
Y = AX/((1+BX)^C)
What is the initial parameter estimates which will be used in nonlinear regression? How to get the initial parameter estimates?

By trial-and-error.
For a set of parameters (A,B,C), I usually plot the curve together with the data. Then I try to adjust the parameters such that the curve fits the data reasonably well and call the nonlinear regression solver with these parameters as starting guesses.
By the way: You forgot to attach your data.
