Simulink Feedback Loop (Function-Call feedback Latch)

I want to be able to have the output of a user defined embedded function to be fed back into one of the inputs. However i do not wish the perform an iterative loop. During the feedback cycle i wish for it to delay by exactly one cycle so that the output is take in the next iteration. I think i have found a block that does exactly this (Function-Call feedback latch) but i cannot seem to find it in my ports and subsystems library?
Anybody else have this problem or know where i can find this block? or even an alternative solution?

The "Function-Call feedback latch" option is available only if the Inport is inside a function call subsystem. If you want a delay of one cycle for other type of subsystem, insert a Unit Delay or Memory block between the output and the input.
