Error getting support package information from mathworks.com

When I want to get hardware support packages by pressing 'Add-ons' button, and the windows as below pops up, but after I choose any of the action in the box, an error will pop up as shown below saying 'error getting support package information from mathworks.com. Your network connection may be down or your proxy settings improperly configured. ' Can anyone help me please? Appreciate.

Give it another go in a few hours. When I downloaded and installed the Webcam and Arduino packages (separately and several days between each), I had no problems.

The U.S. (where MathWorks is located) is about to go on holiday through 28 Dec 2015, so if you are having problems, contact them now!
