I have 2 gui s, GUI1 and GUI2 where GUI1 consists of 1 edit text box, 2 push buttons which are tagged as edit1,push1,push2 respectively and GUI2 consists of a push button tagged push3. When I enter a number in to edit1 and press push1,it will get assigned to a variable a. Then when I press push2 it should open GUI2 and in GUI2 when I press push3 it should perform the computation r=2*a by using the above mentioned a.
My problem is to obtain the value of a to be used in the call back of push3. Please help me with this. (My real computations are complex than this but if you can provide the answer to the above question I can adapt it to my requirement)
