I have 2015b trail version. I am working on LTE for research purposes, I want to get trail version of LTE system toolbox or buy it. What is the procedure for it?

LTE System Toolbox is not available for Student Version licenses, it appears.

As Walter points out, the LTE Toolbox is (at least currently) not available for the Student Version, see list.
However, it is not clear whether you are doing your reearch in a company, or a university as faculty member, or a student with access to the professional license of your university.

LTE System Toolbox is available for Academic license. Students should supposedly only have access to Academic licenses when they are implementing something on behalf of the institution, rather than when they are working on their own projects.
In my experience the distinction would typically be rather blurry at the PhD level. The compromise to keep the license terms happy would possibly be that students should never have an Academic license in their own name, whereas faculty and staff could do so.

Let me check with the business team. Maybe it is just an oversight. The LTE toolbox is still somewhat new.
