how to convert discrete axis to continues axis in a plot with x-y axes

I ploted two time series in a x-y graph. but it provides only intigers as the axis values. but i need to get fractional to find an unknown time series. if i get x values ccorresponding to the y values as 1,2,3... series, how can i get fractional x values for known y values for the same graph

using Axis we can view the unknown time series. Do it by entering custom Axis Limits as an argument of axis
