I installed R2015b version of MATLAB for student use. I need phased array system toolbox for my work but it is not a part of what I have. What is the best solution to get my hands on it?

The Phased Array System Toolbox add-on is available in the MathWorks Store. Click on the "How To Buy" link in the upper-right corner of this page to get to the Store.
