Optimization Apllication Error and doesn't open

I receive the following error when opening optimzation application: Error using optimtool (line 168) Java exception occurred: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class com.mathworks.mlwidgets.help.ProductFilterModel$InstalledState
