Create a class with panel listbox and text

I am trying to create a class --> NewPanelWithListBox

Can anyone please show me and example about how to perform this:

Create a class with: A panel --> inside panel add a list box and a uicontrol(text).

Define properties such that when the listbox string change the uicontrol(text) also change.

Be able to add the panel with the text and listbox created to a figure.

Note: I have try to perform this but I was unable to do so any help would be appreciated.
