I would like a global solution to showing a busy cursor during long operations (not figure dependent). This is fairly simple for a single figure, but if you have a multi-window GUI adjusting the cursor for each figure is a hassle. Is there a global way to do this in Matlab?

figs = findall(groot,'Type','Figure')

Now set it to all figs

set(figs,'Prop',value)
