According to the paper, the authors did some or all of their work in MATLAB, so you could attempt to write to them and ask them for their code.

Hi,my Proj is kinda similar to this but the approach is different. I want to know how can we use ant colony optimization algo to annotate the image automatically and get the tags for a query image?? Thank u
