Import columns from a CSV by header name

I want to create a script to import a csv file, where the header is 3 rows, but the header does not start until the 8th row. I want to be able to search the csv file and pull out only the headers of interest. I typically have just edited the csv before import, but would rather not have that extra step.

The csvread function is capable of doing what you want to do.
