help to save a image after drawing rectangular box

I have drawn a rectangle bounding box around an object and save it.. i was able to display the image then draw a rectangle box on the object i needed.But my problem now is how to save the box on the image and how to save the image with rectangle box.

You should use export_fig for that. See the File Exchange for Yair Altman's submission.
