hello ı have a 134000 acceleration data in 64 second. and how ı can do FFT ( x label frequency(Hz) and y label fft magnitude.)

The R2015a documentation for the fast Fourier transform, fft (<- linked to here), has all the information you need. Pay special attention to the code between the top two plot figures.
