The folder should be "C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2015b\toolbox\images\imdata". Because, for you, it found ""C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2015b\bin", it means that you must have a copy of cameraman.tif in that folder (for some strange reason). Because of that, you must hard code the folder at line 23 to be
folder='C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2015b\toolbox\images\imdata';

Thanks. Yes, you are right, I have a copy of cameraman in bin directory. Now, after your debug, it works.
