Hello rojesh,
To generate a saw-tooth waveform form an input source, please follow these steps:
Convert Sinusoidal to Square Wave:
- Use a comparator circuit to convert the input sinusoidal signal into a square wave. A comparator will output a high or low signal depending on the input voltage relative to a reference voltage.
Adjust Frequency:
- Pass the square wave through a frequency multiplier to achieve the desired frequency.
Generate Saw-Tooth Waveform:
- Feed the modified frequency square wave into an integrator circuit. This circuit can be built using an operational amplifier (op-amp) along with feedback components. The integrator will convert the square wave into a saw-tooth waveform.
