Is it possible to use 'External mode over Wi-Fi' and 'UDP receive' in Simulink in the same time ?

I have to use UDP receive, block library in Simulink hardware support packages and External mode over Wi-Fi with Arduino MEGA2560 with Wi-Fi Shield.
Is it possible to use 'External mode over Wifi' and 'UDP receive' in Simulink in the same time ?
