am doing my project in image processing........... "Automatic vehicle license plate recognition system" using matlab........the project takes the image[640*480] containing the license plate.and check whether the uaer authorized or not........key concepts are 1.vertical edge detection 2.Filtering or cropping 3.Edge matching 4 segmenting the extacted license plate.5 template matching. am stunned in filtering ........the paper uses seed filteing algorithm looking for the communities help
