The crash refers to mkl.dll, the "Intel Math Kernel Library".
I found one bug related to this and also other issues that can be resolved by upgrading.

You may want to try to change that BLAS (here MKL). If you need help for that, please contact Technical Support.

Hi Goser,
In my machine I have mklcompat.dll under C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2009b\bin\win64 and I added new environment variable BLAS_VERSION and gave the value as mklcompat.dll . After this configuration change I am getting below error message
libmwblas: load error: mklcompat: fail to load symbol idamax
Caught std::exception Exception message is:
mklcompat: fail to load symbol idamax
Any clue on this?

Yes and no :-) The clue is "You may want to try to change that BLAS (here MKL). If you need help for that, please contact Technical Support."
