How can I predict future output based on input data using neural network?

I am trying to do prediction using neural network. I have six columns input data and one column target data as matrix format. I am trying to use fitting tool with Levenberg-Marquardt training algorithm in matlab for prediction. I can't use time series prediction as those are random data. I used ANFIS earlier where the "evalfis" command helped me to predict the future value after providing the input value once training is completed. I am not sure how can I predict the output with the input value in neural network using matlab. can you please help? Hasan.
