I have done a work on genetic algorithm and LSB in transformed domain and submitted in a journal MTAP. When it will be published, I will upload the code in File Exchange. You can follow https://scihub.wikicn.top/https://link.springer.com/chapter/10.1007/978-3-642-13681-8_47 link for LSB and Genetic Algorithm. You first think, in which case you should apply optimization and which parameters you optimize. In LSB You can think block wise substitution and in R*C cover image, you can embed by choosing optimal size of blocks by GA.
