Define scale in contourplot

I have several different contour plots, and therefore I need them with the same color-scale. I know their general values, say between 0-10, 0-1000, however I calculate them. I need their colors to be the same scale.

See the documentation on the colormap function. You can also define the contour levels in the contour function if you need to do that as well.
