Noice Cancellation in java

Hi, i am in java, now i am in a situation to noise cancellation,Tone Control and Speed Control in java for a wave file, i know java can use matlab code, but my question is , is any algorithm available in matlab for this? is available please let me know what's the name of the function or procedure?
