optimization problem in hydrogen production price?

I am working with hydrogen price optimization, i have 2 sources of power one is surplus renewable power and other is grid with high price in case there is no surplus power , all inputs are vectors like surplus power (1:365), their price(1:365) my question about the power grid how can i add it to the optimization is it vector with same values for it and for its price or as a consatnt

I am sorry, but I do not understand your question. Are you looking for an optimal multiperiod allocation? Perhaps this example will help.
If you are looking for something else, please rephrase your question.

my question is that i have to use the power from the grid once i don't have power else(( i am using renewable power as a main sources and its zeros in some days ) ,, how can i put the power grid in the optimization (vector like renewable energy or one value or as a constraint)

I am sorry, but I do not understand your question. What is your model? What are your decision variables? What are your constraints? What is your objective function? How does your model differ from the one in the example I linked? I cannot guess at these things based on what you have told us so far.
