How do I resolve exec error 22 attempting to run while installing matlab

I am experiencing the above mentioned problem, how do I resolve it?

We never did figure that out here; you will need to contact Mathwork support.
If you have Kasperov Anti-virus try turning it off during the download and installation.
Make sure you have enough disk space to do the installation.
