I have a code
combinations = permute(cat(3,A,B),[3 2 1]);
1st combination:
combinations(:,:,1)
2nd combination:
combinations(:,:,2)
i haev 2 matrices of same size,100x6
so for every combination is there any for loop to procees as u said,because i have to write till 100 combination
combinations(:,:,1) ; ; ;
combinations(:,:,100)
is there any foor loop to perform these operation

for j1 = 1:size(A,1)
fprintf(['combinations ',num2str(j1),' = ',mat2str(combinations(:,:,j1)),'\n']);
end
