Perform permutation analysis for 3D matrix

Hello all, I am relatively new to MATLAB and would like to run a permutation analysis on my data. I have a 68x68x19 matrix, whereby the first 10 subjects belong to the group A and the last 9 to group B. I have run a t-test between these groups at each cell of the 68x68 matrix and would like to use permutation testing as a method of controlling for multiple comparisons. Is there a function or method which allows this to be done across a 3D matrix? I was planning to use the PermutationTest.m function, but am not sure how to make this usable for my 3D matrix.
