I have downloaded matlab code for Example-based Learning for Single-Image Super-resolution from the below link

But I am unable to understand how the LR image get enhanced into the HR image and in that code there are no training sets but example based approach is based on lr and hr pairs only.Can you explain me that code concept sir.
