Matlab anovan add "model", "interaction"

Hi, When I use anovan with a two unbalanced factors and I add "model", "interaction" to the argument of the function, I get very different (and also very nonsensical) results compared to if I do not use this in the argument. Does anyone know why this happens? Thanks!
