can i convert my image from bw2rgb

for subtraction of my images i convert my image from rgb2binary now can i reconverting my image from bw2rgb. if passable how i can do this.

Your question is not clear. There is no bw2rgb() or rgb2binary() functions in MATLAB. What kind of images do you have, and what do you want to do with them? What do you want to find/measure in the image or do to it?

when i run this function with my code it give me error like"Function definitions are not permitted in this context"

i want to remove the optic dick and blood vessels from retina .first i detect the optic disk and then subtract from original image for the subtraction of images i convert my image from rgb2bw when i subtract images than i want to reconvert them .
