Finding Angle between two lines on an image

I am new to Matlab. I would like to upload images from a folder then draw two lines on a image and find the angle between the two lines, then move onto the next images. Once I am complete with all of the images, I would like to have a report with image name and angle that I found. Any leads?

You may use Hough Transform to detect multiple lines on an image. Once you have the lines, it's pretty straightforward to calculate the angle. For details & usage of Hough Transform, refer the following link.
