How do I import data form an excel file into MATLAB?

I have a TGA data with a lot of noise. So I'd like to import it into MATLAB and performing some noise reduction exercise.

Hello,
I think the following docs will help you. Execute the commands in the MATLAB Command Window:
  • Import Tool (Using GUI):
web(fullfile(docroot, 'matlab/ref/importtool-app.html'))
  • xlsread function (using MATLAB commands):
web(fullfile(docroot, 'matlab/ref/xlsread.html'))
