Using GA with .exe file objective function

My problem is that, I am having an objective function i.e. (Simulated yield-Actual yield) simulated yield has been obtained by running in an model which is an software of .exe file the inputs required to obtain yield is soil data, weather data, management data and the unknown parameter is soil data which I need to obtain through optimization using GA in matlab depending on the objective function is it possible, if yes could you please suggest me how can write the code.
