R2015 Installation problem Win7

I'm having problems with Matlab version R2015a on Windows 7. After installing the program I get this error: can t check 8.0 VCRTs (starter line: 977) System error 0x000000005 Access is Denied can t check 9.0 VCRTs (starter line: 1016) System error 0x000000005 Access is Denied
It seems like this problem is related to MS Visual C++ 2005/2008 installations, but even by uninstalling and reinstalling them again the problem is still present. No problem detected if installing the latest version, 2016. Any clues on how to solve the problem without reinstalling the entire OS?
