Issue with Custom Antenna Element

For some reason when I create a custom antenna element in the phased array toolbox, when I use the pattern command to show the radiation pattern of the antenna, it leaves out most of the pattern. This is a scatter plot of what the points should look like, compared with what pattern outputs:
My code works properly for other antennas I have made using the same method, so I don't even know where to start on fixing this.
