Taking Mean/average

I have a matrix V of 262080x1 in which I want to take average of first 15 values and store in new matrix say V1 then take next 15 values (16-30) take average and store in V1 again and this goes on to size of V.

v=rand(262080,1); %--Example----
v1=mean(reshape(v,15,[]))
