Add icon when creating a standalone from the command line

Hi,
I am trying to generate a standalone application from the command prompt. I manage to do it but I dont find a way to associate the icon to the generated standalone application. I saw this post but I was not able to reproduce it : http://se.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/101376-how-do-i-associate-a-custom-icon-with-an-exe-compiled-with-the-matlab-compiler-4-0-r14
Did someone manage to do it ? If yes, canI have more info ? Is there another way ?
I am using Matlab 2015a
