ScrollPlot not work in GUI app

Hello! ScrollPlot function taken from FEX (<http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/14984-scrollplot-scrollable-x-y-axes>) works perfect when called from command line. But it is not work when I try to use it in GUI applocation created using MATLAB's GUIDE tool - blue side-bar is not clickable. How to fix that?

Have you asked the author? A lot of people here have probably never used that particular submission.
