On MATLAB R2016a,
  • Launch the " Add-On Manager " Window
  • Navigate to the specific Toolbox in the list of all installed Add-Ons.
  • Click on “Uninstall” from the list card and confirm with “Yes” on confirmation dialog.
  • Wait for the Toolbox card to disappear from the list in the Manager.
