finding starting value and ending values (y axis) of a peak from peak point

hi , i have a out put peaks of my signal which is the result of CWTFT of my audio signal i want to find the starting and ending values of peak (y axis: squared cfs of cwt) from peak point of my signal I have the out put , here the start and end values are the time(x axis) values , how would i find the each five peaks of start and end values in y axis from peak point?
