GUI's are not visible in windows 7 environment

Hello,
I have installed standalone Matlab software.
When i run the setup GUI's are not visible properly in windows 07 environment.
Could any one please let me know the reason for this problem and also what is the solution for this.

There is an option under control panel to adjust the visual effects, so that the buttons become visible again.
Control panel-> system->advanced system settings (Left side)-> Advanced Tab-> performance-> Settings-> Visual effects tab -> custom-> select last check box (use visual styles on windows and buttons)->apply->OK.
Then again run your software.
