how to distribute a matrix?

hi guys i have a binary matrix which: M=[10011;01110,10000;11100,00011] which i would like to distribute it in Gamma and Beta i try to use this command but it didn't work random('gamma',M,2,4) and also i try r = random('gamma' , randi([3 15],1,10) for a different matrix but also it didn't work,,any help?
